Community Health Workers/Promotores de Salud are trusted members of the community who provide education and resources to their peers. These tools can support Spanish speaking community members to feel prepared and confident in addressing mental health needs. Tools include a provider guide and practice materials along with outreach materials to share with community members to facilitate obtaining mental health support.
Los Promotores de Salud Comunitarios son miembros confiables de la comunidad que brindan educación y recursos a sus pares. Estas herramientas pueden ayudar a los miembros de la comunidad hispanohablante a sentirse preparados y seguros para enfrentar las necesidades de salud mental. Las herramientas incluyen una guÃa para proveedores y materiales de práctica, junto con materiales de divulgación para compartir con los miembros de la comunidad y facilitar la obtención de apoyo para la salud mental.
